We offer both free pick-up, and local delivery for £3.99.

Pick-up orders will be ready to collect 1-3 working days from your order date. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect from Unit 9, NG10 1AU, with pick-up instructions.

If you have opted for local delivery, please ensure you read our shipping policy before purchase. Your order will be delivered 3-5 working days from point of order. You will receive an email stating when your order is out for delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order as these goods are perishable.

At Chefs Cut Butchery, we take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully prepare every order to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our meat boxes, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind once your order has been dispatched or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or you have any concerns about the quality of your products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Where possible, please include photographs of the products and packaging so we can investigate the issue promptly.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we'll always work with you to resolve any genuine problems fairly, which may include a replacement product, refund or credit where appropriate.

Once your order has been delivered, Chefs Cut Butchery cannot accept responsibility for products that have not been stored, handled, prepared or cooked in accordance with food safety guidance. It is the customer's responsibility to refrigerate or freeze products promptly upon delivery and follow the cooking and storage instructions provided where applicable.
