Owned and developed by James Vickers, a chef with years of experience, Chefs Cut Butchery is a fine quality butchery and commercial kitchen based in Long Eaton, Nottingham. Catering for both retail, commercial and wholesale.

We are a retail & catering butcher, working alongside some of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire’s best restaurants & chefs providing them and our online customers with the finest quality meats our region & country offers.

 

Proud to be working with our suppliers to produce & offer the best products we possibly can. All produced in a fully FSA approved, 5 star rated, custom built unit in Long Eaton, Nottingham.

We are not your traditional butcher. We take traditional principals & combine them with our years behind the stove as a chef to elevate your experience. We look at how we can best produce the finest quality product on your plate with ease.

Each year we have only grown and expanded. In 2025 we tripled our customer base, tripled our staff, completed additional certifications and extensive training, maintained our 5 star hygiene rating, fitted new, state of the art machinery and much more. 

Over the last two years, we added our custom built, state of the art Chefs Cut Kitchen on site and launched our very own 'Butcher's Barrel' brewery to complement our unique cuts and delicious flavours.
