We are a retail & catering butcher, working alongside some of Nottinghamshire’s best restaurants & chefs providing them and our online customers with the finest quality meats our region & country offers.
Proud to be working with our suppliers to produce & offer the best products we possibly can. All produced in a completely new, purpose built unit in Nottingham.
We are not your traditional butcher. We take traditional principals & combine them with our years behind the stove as a chef to elevate your experience. We look at how we can best produce the finest quality product on your plate with ease.
