Lager: Hints of British malt with a grassy aroma. German and American hops complement each other and work with the sweetness of the malt base to provide a refreshing and well-balanced beer.

Perfectly paired spices: Spicy or herby. Our favourite pairing: Rosemary & garlic glazed rump steaks over the BBQ.

Pilsner: The traditional German malt base provides a sweet biscuity flavour profile accompanied by the combination of German and British hops to give this classic pilsner a modern British twist. Clean, crisp and refreshing.

Perfectly paired flavours: Citrus or sweet and salty. Our favourite pairing: Beer braised bratwurst sausage and onions.

IPA: the moderate alcohol content is supported by a strong malt base with added oats for a fuller body. The bouquet is explosive with zesty fresh lime, tropical fruits and citrus making this beer fresh, easy-drinking and complex.

Our favourite pairing: rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce.

WINES

Prosecco: A classic dry sparkling wine from the north of Italy, fresh and zesty with fine bubbles, ideal for sharing with friends and celebrating good times.

Merlot: made in a fruity and easy to drink style for consumers seeking instant pleasure, Saint Marc wines come from our vineyards located in the South of France.

Malbec: A fruity and floral Malbec offering aromas of strawberry, black cherry and plums. Young and fresh on the palette with dark berried fruits and a touch of spice. Delicious on it’s own or with food.

Viogner: This wine comes from our part-owned vineyards located in the southern part of the Maule Valley where grapes ripen slowly, reaching their maximum expression.

Sauvignon Blanc: Made in a fruity and easy to drink style for consumers seeking instant pleasure, Saint Marc wines come from our vineyards located in the South of France.
